Education Background

From September 1979 to July 1983, he received his undergraduate degree from the East China University of Political Science and Law, where he received a Bachelor of Laws degree; from September 1987 to July 1990, he received his postgraduate degree from the East China University of Political Science and Law, where he majored in Chinese criminal law and received a Master of Laws degree; from August 1983 to September 1987, he taught at the Department of Political Science and Education of Fujian Normal University; from July 1990 to December 1994, he taught at the Education Division of the Shanghai Municipal From July 1990 to December 1994, he taught at the Education Department of Shanghai People's Procuratorate, and was appointed as a full assistant procurator. Since December 1994, he has been working as a full-time lawyer, and has worked in Shanghai Guoxin Law Firm as deputy director, Shanghai Zhongyi Law Firm as co-lawyer, and Shanghai Deshan Law Firm as deputy director and partner. Since February 2016, he has joined Shanghai Zhong Hua Law Firm as a secondary partner.

  • He has been working as a full-time lawyer since December 1994.
  • With fifteen years of accumulation in the bookstore, he has solved cases with a scholarly and discerning approach, and has handled a large number of influential cases, many of which have been classified as classic cases by the Shanghai High People's Court.
  • Among them, the absurd case of a child born through a borrowed abdomen was named one of the ten most publicized cases in Shanghai in the decade from 1994 to 2004.
