Mr. Gao has experience working as a full-time legal advisor for large state-owned enterprises and multinational corporations, and has provided legal counsel or special legal services for many state-owned, foreign-funded and private enterprises since his practice. He has in-depth research and rich experience in corporate governance, risk prevention and control, system compliance, listing and financing, M&A and other corporate commercial fields.
Mr. Gao was the director and chief partner of Shanghai Zhong Hua Law Firm, and was the main founder of Zhong Hua Law Firm, and since 2015, Mr. Gao has been no longer in charge of management and has been focusing on legal affairs in the fields of M&A, restructuring, reorganization, investment and financing, and disposal of non-performing assets.
