When I graduated from graduate school in 2016, I came to Magic Capital Shanghai. This is the economic center of the country, the front line of judicial reform, and the best place for the judicial environment. After 7 years of undergraduate and master’s degree in law, the study of law theory is relatively solid and systematic. During the study period, he also published several papers. However, the book is finally aware of it, and he knows that the law will be done. The law is serving the society. The law is escorted by the economy. After careful consideration, he chose to work in Shanghai.

The law can make the powerless person and let the weak move forward. Based on the belief in the law, I chose to be a full -time lawyer and started my lawyer’s career in Shanghai Zhonghua Law Firm.

Part.2/Don’t panic, come to Japan

Time is like shuttle, and it has been more than 6 years since working in the China Law Firm. From internships, practice, from a lawyer assistant, to independent practice, to partners lawyers, I always think that professionalism is my foundation. Therefore, Pay more attention to the accumulation in the early stage.

Recalling the internship and the beginning of the practice, I followed the master as a corporate legal adviser or amended or drafted hundreds of different types of contracts during the internship. Case analysis, retrieval, drafting documents, filing, and preparation before the trial, the summary and archiving after the case, the court after the practice, I will take it seriously at each case of each stage. Fight for the party’s maximum benefits. Although it was often studied late for a legal issue in the past few years, and often because of the last leaving law firm for a legal document, because of professionalism and dedication, not only did it gain a victory judgment, but also received high recognition of the parties at the same time.

Although the accumulation in the early stage is relatively long, with the accumulation of experience and the understanding of the lawyer’s occupation, from the initial ignorance, the younger who is fearless, the newborn calf is not afraid of the tiger, and now I am awe. The future is long, but I just want to be in my own rhythm,
