• Assisting clients in resolving all types of labor disputes (including complex cases and group cases) in major cities across China, including but not limited to representing clients in labor dispute mediation, arbitration and litigation
  
• Drafting or reviewing various agreements and documents related to human resources management, such as employment contracts, training agreements, non-compete agreements and confidentiality agreements
  
• Drafting employee handbook, rules and regulations, contracts and text review and revision
  
• Provide training on employment management, labor law issues and hot issues
  
• Advising on labor protection, work-related injuries and occupational diseases
  
• Compliance audit of HRM processes
  
• Internal audit and planning of social insurance, commercial insurance and personal income tax
  
• Designing personnel relocation or transfer plans in the process of M&A, restructuring or liquidation, participating in negotiations, and drafting or reviewing relevant project documents
  
• Advising on personal information protection issues
  
• Advising on anti-workplace sexual harassment and anti-discrimination issues
  
• Assist companies in conducting compliance investigations and advise on handling employees with compliance issues
